General Conditions of Booking
Advance booking is strongly recommended but any unsold tickets will be available at the door on the day of the event or at The Station at the start of a walk. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a performance or walk is cancelled. All tickets for book events are for un-numbered seats (other than those sold by the Georgian Theatre Royal for events at the Theatre). Programmes, events, walks and artists are confirmed at the time of booking but Richmond Walking and Book Festival reserves the right to alter them in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that further important information and advice in regard to the walks programme can be found in the Information Section on the page for "Terms and Conditions including Walk Joining Instructions". Your attention is drawn, in particular, to the strict Festival policy of no dogs on walks, and to the requirement and advice about the need for suitable clothing and equipment.
